I Got Through, herafter refferred as “IGT” is a brand name belonging to Stjernelys A, reg. num. 930937029, Norway.
2) What this policy covers
Our website and landing pages, Free webinars, downloads, and replays, online programs and individual 1:1 sessions.
Emails, texts/WhatsApp (if you opt in), social ads and the software used for the purpose of communicating and providing the service.
3) What personal data we collect
Data you give us such as and not limited to:
Contact & identity: name, email, and optionally: country/time zone, language, phone.
Registration details: form answers about personal goals/challenges (keep it brief, please avoid sensitive health details).
Billing: payments handled by our processor (e.g., Stripe). We receive the payment status, not the card data.
Support messages: questions or requests you send us and exchanged during follow up.
Recordings: webinars/labs may be recorded; you can attend with camera off and a display name.
Data we collect automatically
Usage & device: pages viewed, referral/UTM, IP, browser, device, approximate location (country/city), cookies or similar IDs.
Email analytics: opens/clicks (to improve relevance and deliverability).
Special category (sensitive) data
IGT is education & guided practice, not therapy. We do not ask for health data. If you choose to share it in voice or text-text, we will treat it carefully, store the minimum needed, and you may ask us to delete it's references at any time.
Personal data is processed when you use our website, join a free webinar, download resources, become a member, or book 1:1 sessions.
4) Why we use your data (purposes) & legal bases
We use your personal data to run the events you register for—for example sending confirmations, reminders, access links, and replays. Our legal basis is contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interests when appropriate.
We use your data for the purpose of providing the service, including access, community moderation, scheduling, and sharing resources. The legal basis is contract.
We process data to respond to questions and provide customer support. The legal basis is legitimate interests (we need this to operate our services and assist you).
If you choose to opt in, we use your data to send email tips and updates about future webinars and the membership. The legal basis is consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
We might invite you and if you decide to join we may send WhatsApp/SMS reminders or updates. The legal basis is consent. You can opt out at any time.
We use limited data to measure and improve our website and services (for example, analytics to understand what content helps people). The legal basis is legitimate interests. You can opt out of non-essential cookies in our cookie banner.
We process data to take payments and meet accounting/tax requirements. The legal bases are contract and legal obligation.
We process data to keep the service secure and prevent misuse, such as abuse or spam. The legal basis is legitimate interests.
We balance our interests against your privacy rights and minimize what we collect. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal and when not possible it will lead to termination of the contract as described in our terms and conditions.

6) Who we share data with (processors)
We use trusted vendors who process data on our behalf under contracts:
Payments: Stripe (billing), invoicing tools.
Video/Webinars: Zoom/Google Meet or similar.
CRM/Email/Forms: GoHighLevel (or equivalent), email service providers.
Scheduling: Calendly/Cal.com or similar.
Storage/Cloud: Google Workspace/Drive, secure cloud hosting.
Analytics/Ads: Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
We do not sell your personal data nor give it in any form to any other third party. If the law or authorities require us to share data, we’ll only share what’s necessary.
7) International transfers
Some providers are outside the EEA/UK (e.g., US). We use appropriate safeguards and assessments to minimize what is transferred, relying only on providers with an adequacy demonstrated background.
Meta Lead Ads:
When you submit a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ad form, Meta sends us the contact details you choose to provide (e.g., name, email, phone). We use this data to deliver the content you requested (for example, webinar access, reminders, and follow-up materials) and, if you opt in, to send IGT updates about future webinars and the membership.
Legal basis: contract (to deliver the event/material) and/or consent for optional marketing.
Who sees it: our email/CRM and webinar providers (processors) under Data Processing Agreements; we don’t sell your data.
Your choices: you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
Minors: our Lead Ads are intended for adults (18+); please don’t submit data if you are under 18.
8) How long we keep data (retention)
Collected data such as but not limited to Event & marketing, background for the purpose of providing the service, recordings, payments and ivoices is kept until the purpose of the agreement is fulfilled. Afterwards it serves for continuous learning and improvement of the service or is deleted or anonymized. We’ll keep the minimum data longer only if required by law or to resolve disputes.
9) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures: access controls, 2-factor-authentication, encryption in transit, least-privilege, staff confidentiality, and vendor due diligence. No method is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and be cautious with what you share.
10) Your rights (EEA/UK)
You have the right to:
Access your data and receive a copy
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain cases
Restrict or object to processing
Portability (get data in a reusable format)
Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect past lawful processing)
When objecting or withdrawing consent does not allow to provide the service with reasonable quality or without altering the used practices and systems, this might lead to termination of the contract if that is active as described in terms and conditions.

Complaints: You can complain to your local authority or to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet): datatilsynet.no. We try always first to resolve conflics in a friendly manner seeking a satidfactory resolution, we’d appreciate the chance to resolve concerns first.
11) Recordings & etiquette
Live sessions may be recorded for registrants/members. You can join with camera off and a display name.
We want to provide a safe environment for all participants. Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitation and other disrespectful behaviours will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of the service at our discretion.
We encourage discretion, but we can’t guarantee confidentiality of peer sharing—share only what you’re comfortable sharing publicly within the group.
12) Children
IGT is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Please inform if that was the case to guarantee a safe environment for everyone.
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If changes are material, we’ll notify you (e.g., by email or banner). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
