I Got Through (referred herater as “IGT”) is a brand name belonging to Stjernelys AS, reg. 930937029, Norway.
1. What these terms cover
These Terms govern your use of this website, free webinars and downloads, and paid services. By accessing the site or registering for an event/program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who may use IGT
You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. IGT is education, not therapy. We do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, and we are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, please seek local professional help immediately.
3. What IGT offers (nature of service)
IGT provides educational content and guided practice related to anxiety/trauma-informed skills (mind, emotions, body), live online sessions (“Labs”) and resources (templates, checklists, recordings). Any 1:1 support we provide is educational/coaching in nature, not psychotherapy.
4. Accounts, access & community conduct
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.
Code of conduct: be respectful; no harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal content, or solicitation. Do not give medical or legal advice to others.
Confidentiality: we encourage discretion, but we cannot guarantee confidentiality of what participants share in groups. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing.
We may moderate, restrict, or terminate access to any of our resources and services for violations of these Terms or community rules.
5. Health & safety disclaimer
Content is for education only and does not replace therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing. Consult a qualified professional for clinical questions.
If you experience distress during a session, you may ask for guidance, pause or leave at any time and seek support.
6. Pricing, payment & taxes
Prices are shown in the checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe); we don’t store full card details.
Taxes/VAT: where applicable, VAT/GST or other taxes may be added based on your billing info.
n case of missunderstanding or wrong billing information please reach out to your contact person to amend the sitation.
If a price is misstated due to error, we may cancel and refund.
7. Subscriptions, renewals & cancellations
Annual membership: billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months. Unless you set it as auto-renewal at checkout, it does not auto-renew.
Monthly membership: billed monthly and auto-renews until you cancel.
You can cancel any time to stop future billing (no partial refunds for elapsed periods). Access to members-only content continues through the paid-for period.
8. Refunds & guarantees
In addition to any mandatory consumer rights:
15-day Fit Guarantee for online educational programs: If within 15 days you decide IGT isn’t for you and you completed the basic onboarding/first steps (as described on the site) but not the full content, email [email protected] for a full refund. This aligns with consumer rights in EEA/UK.
For consultancy services provided in an individual manner:
Cancellations & rescheduling: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new time.
Late cancellations/no-shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time or do not attend, the fee is non-refundable.
Once a session has been fully performed: your right of withdrawal is lost; and if you withdraw after the service has begun but before it is completed, we may charge a pro-rata amount for the work already performed.
After the service is provided: For individual services that have been fully delivered, payments are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
9. Events & recordings
Live sessions may be recorded for participants. You can join with camera off and a display name.
By joining, you grant us a limited license to record the session and make it available to the group. We will not use your likeness for marketing without your explicit consent.
10. Intellectual property & license
All IGT materials (videos, PDFs, templates, text, brand assets) are owned by IGT, licensed to us or under public domain.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use them for your own use during your membership.
You may not copy, share, resell, or republish materials or the access credentials.
11. Your content & feedback
If you post or upload content, you grant IGT a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use. You keep your rights to your content.
You agree not to post content that infringes others’ rights or violates law. We may remove content at our discretion.
You grant IGT the right to use de-identified feedback to improve services.
12. Third-party services
We may use services such as Zoom/Meet, payment processors, email/CRM, or WhatsApp. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
If you submit your details through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ad, we will use them to provide the requested content (e.g., webinar access) and, if you give consent, to send occasional resources and updates about IGT. Any promotional offers shown in the ad are subject to the offer terms stated in the ad or on the landing page (e.g., eligibility, dates, limitations). Our Lead Ads are intended for adults (18+). 13. Changes to services or Terms
We may update features, prices, or these Terms. We’ll notify you of material changes. Continued use after an effective date means you accept the changes. If you disagree with material changes, you may stop using the services/cancel your subscription.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IGT and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for outcomes of your personal decisions/actions taken based on our content.
Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your non-waivable consumer rights under mandatory law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold IGT harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the services.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA/UK, you may benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We will first attempt to resolve any disputes in an amicable way. Shall a resolution to the conflict not be possible that satisfies all parties, disputes may be brought in the court of Haugaland og Sunnhordland tingrett.
